Lulu was and still is incredible at helping to organise our lives in France. When we first moved to Montpellier, she helped us to find our house and ask any questions we might have in terms of the house and the area. She also helped us look at the schools for our children and organised visits to each one. She also helped us with all the setting up of utilities and all the paperwork that’s goes with moving. She is really friendly and will really go the extra mile to make you feel at home and organised as quickly as possible. We still use Lulu now to help with all the utilities and if we are moving house etc. she organises all viewings and again liaises with the estate agents and paperwork and really takes the a lot of stress away when moving to a new country or location! Would be lost without her help .

As long-term French residents of British origin, my family and I were very keen to acquire French (joint) nationality following the UK's Brexit decision. The naturalisation process, however, is a daunting one and fulfilling the demands of the French authorities and compiling an effective naturalisation dossier is a huge challenge. Moving to France is very complicated: the housing situation can be tight, the administrative tasks needed to secure lodging, set up electricity, internet, phone, bank accounts, house insurance, etc. are often opaque (and in French!). Lulu goes above and beyond to ensure you are properly set up. She is a great listener and is very well connected: she won’t stop until you have the accommodation that works for you, and until it is all set up for you to enjoy.
